You set a good goal. Then the week happened and it slid to next week. Again.
The gap between a goal and a result is almost never effort. It’s that the goal never became a specific move at a specific time. A goal sitting on a list competes with fifty other things and usually loses. A goal with a “Tuesday at 9, I’m doing this” has a real shot.
So give your goal a foothold in the actual week. One move, on the calendar, with a time on it. When it has a slot, it gets done. When it floats, it waits.
This week, take the goal you care about most and book its next move. Not the whole plan, just the single next step, on a specific day.
