Hi, I'm Jackie. I've been coaching small business owners since 2019. I am a former Profit First Professional. There's one thing I've heard more than anything else: "I just want to understand my numbers." I heard it so many times that I went and built the system to finally answer it.
What I genuinely love is the story your numbers tell. My mission is simple: I want every owner to be able to read what their numbers are saying about their business, because once you can do that, you feel fully in control of it. The part that still gets me is what comes next. An owner finally takes a vacation. Scales back their hours. Stops missing their kid's soccer game. If I had some small hand in adding a little peace of mind and fun back into someone's life, that is the whole job.
Here is how I work: no judgment, no shame, ever. I believe anything can be figured out. I'm an optimist and a realist at the same time, positive, but I want your goals to be genuinely achievable. I'll celebrate every win with you and I'll stay calm when things feel heavy. I don't carry your stress as my own and that steadiness tends to give you room to breathe. Mostly, my confidence with the numbers becomes your confidence, even before you fully see what I see.
When I'm not in the numbers, I'm in southeast Pennsylvania with my husband and two stepkids, who I adore. I love my plants 🪴, trying new restaurants and you'll find me at church on Sunday mornings. My husband says I'm funny. I happen to agree.
Why we built our own system
We needed a tool we couldn't buy. We couldn't find a system that tied financial performance and KPIs together in one place. Spreadsheets weren't doing it and off-the-shelf dashboards are templates.
So we built our own. It's one system, made to flex around your business instead of making your business fit it. We tailor which KPIs you track so your dashboard shows meaningful numbers that matter to you. If you have something special you want to measure, we can create a custom KPI.

A good week feels the same as a bad week when you're slammed. The dashboard is the only thing that consistently tells you which one you had.
A bad week isn't a bad year
One rough week is going to happen. That's why we show you your pace for the month, the quarter and the year, so a single slow stretch doesn't rattle you and you can rest.
Everything meaningful gets measured
If you're not measuring it, you can't see how you're doing and you're prone to falling back on the "just work harder" strategy. Being able to quickly see what areas of the business are performing to expectations is what gets you out of the grind. Not knowing how you're doing is what keeps you in it.
The best answers are usually yours
We don't have all the answers and we don't pretend to. You know your business better than anyone. We bring what the numbers show and the questions worth asking, then we talk through the opportunities and work out solutions together. Most of the time, your idea wins.
Every business needs a budget
A budget isn't a spending limit, it's a goal. It sets your plan for the year, what you expect from your team and the logic behind your pricing. It's also what your dashboard measures against, so you always know whether you're on pace.
