What it measures
The total dollar value of all estimates you put in front of prospective customers during the period, whether or not they accepted.
Why it matters
Estimates Written tells you how active your sales effort is on the front end, before any decision is made. Watching this over time shows whether you’re feeding the pipeline at the rate needed to hit your goals.
